La pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19 est un coup de semonce, et si nous y ajoutons la crise climatique qui se profile \u00e0 l\u2019horizon, le monde fait face \u00e0 la plus grande \u00e9preuve collective qu\u2019il ait connue depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Au pied du mur, l\u2019humanit\u00e9 doit choisir : le d\u00e9litement ou le sursaut salutaire.&nbsp;<\/strong>Les choix que nous faisons \u2013 ou ne faisons pas \u2013 aujourd\u2019hui seront d\u00e9terminants : soit nous sombrerons dans le d\u00e9litement et devrons faire face \u00e0 l\u2019avenir \u00e0 des crises \u00e0 r\u00e9p\u00e9tition, soit nous nous reprenons pour r\u00e9unir les conditions d\u2019un avenir meilleur, plus durable et pacifique, au service des populations et de notre plan\u00e8te.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notre Programme commun est un programme d\u2019action<\/strong>&nbsp;qui vise \u00e0 renforcer et \u00e0 h\u00e2ter la mise en \u0153uvre des accords multilat\u00e9raux \u2013 en particulier le Programme 2030 \u2013 et \u00e0 changer concr\u00e8tement la vie des gens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les recommandations qui y sont formul\u00e9es tournent autour de quatre grands axes :<\/strong>&nbsp;raviver la solidarit\u00e9 entre les peuples et les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures, refonder le contrat social en l\u2019ancrant dans les droits humains, mieux g\u00e9rer les communs mondiaux et faire en sorte que les biens publics mondiaux profitent \u00e9quitablement et durablement \u00e0 l\u2019humanit\u00e9 tout enti\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Notre Programme commun<\/strong>&nbsp;expose la fa\u00e7on dont le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral con\u00e7oit l\u2019avenir de la coop\u00e9ration mondiale, dans le cadre d\u2019un multilat\u00e9ralisme inclusif et efficace qui fonctionne en r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport complet est disponible<a href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/fr\/content\/common-agenda-report\/assets\/pdf\/Notre_Programme_Commun.pdf\"> <strong>ici<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le 10 septembre dernier, le Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 son rapport dans ces termes: Nous&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":9445,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_jetpack_memberships_contains_paid_content":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[118],"tags":[130,125,126,128,127,129],"class_list":["post-9443","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-articles","tag-agnu","tag-onu","tag-programme","tag-rapport","tag-secretaire-general","tag-unga"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
